Web development is closely related to the job of designing the features and functionality of apps (web design). The basic tools involved in web development are programming languages called HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), and JavaScript.
HTML :
HTML is a Hypertext markup language. SGML (Standard Generalized mark-up language is the mother language for all mark-up languages.HTML 5 is the latest version of HTML.HTML and has all fixed tags. HTML is Hypertext means hyperlinks that the HTML page contains and Mark-up language refers to the tags used to define page layout and elements on the web page.HTML is used for defining the Structure of a Web page.
CSS:
CSS is called Cascading Style Sheet used to define Style sheet which is used to define the look and feel of the web page. CSS is used to define and look and feel of the web page.By using CSS we can apply color, font, and images to elements of HTML.CSS is used for better visibility and usability of web pages. CSS can apply the animation effect also. CSS can be applied using inline, internal, and external style sheets for a website. In CSS there are several readymade CSS properties available by which we can create attractive web pages. CSS can be applied by using ID and Class selector.
Bootstrap:
Bootstrap is the greatest current CSS hypertext markup language, and JS framework for developing responsive, mobile comes online. To build websites faster and easier bootstrap is the best choice. Bootstrap includes HTML and CSS like buttons, tables, navigation, image carousel, and forms. It also gives you plugins. Bootstrap is also used to call the front-end framework. Bootstrap is supported by both HTML5 and CSS3. Bootstrap is developed by Twitter. Bootstrap is an open-source JavaScript framework.
JavaScript is a scripting or programming language that allows you to implement complex features on web pages — every time a web page does more than just sit there and display static information for you to look at — displaying timely content updates, interactive maps, animated 2D/3D graphics, scrolling video jukeboxes, etc. you can bet that JavaScript is probably involved. It is the third layer of the layer cake of standard web technologies, two of which (HTML and CSS) we have covered in much more detail in other parts of the Learning Area.
JQuery:
JQuery is not a new programming language; it is a lightweight JavaScript library. JQuery is a fast, small and feature-rich JavaScript library. It makes effects like manipulation, document traversal, and event handling, and the animation is much simpler. As compared to JavaScript less code writing. Google, IBM, Netflix, and Microsoft are only a few of the names who are now working on jQuery for their web development. JQuery was very helpful to achieve a critical user interface while manipulating elements.
Node.js:
Node.js is a development framework based on Google’s V8 JavaScript engine.Node.js code is written in JavaScript and then compiled into machine code by V8 to be executed.js is that it is all just JavaScript, so you can easily take functionality from a client-side script and place it in a server-side script.One of the biggest advantages of Node.js is that it allows both server-side and client-side scripts in JavaScript.
MongoDB:
MongoDB is an agile and scalable NoSQL Database. The name MongoDB comes from “humongous”. It is based on the NoSQL document store model, meaning that data is stored in the database in the form of JSON objects rather than the traditional columns and rows of a relational database.
Back-end Development: Building the server-side logic and database interactions using languages like Python, PHP, Ruby, Java, or Node.js.
Database Management: Designing and managing databases to store and retrieve data efficiently.
User Experience (UX): Focusing on creating an intuitive and pleasant experience for users through effective design and navigation.
Accessibility: Ensuring the website is accessible to users with disabilities by adhering to accessibility guidelines and standards.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Implementing practices to improve the visibility of the website in search engine results, such as using appropriate keywords, meta tags, and URL structures.
